LtL Professional Learning Network
Lead to Literacy (LtL) is a statewide initiative designed to strengthen secondary literacy through a cascading system of leadership and support across California.
Led by Napa County Office of Education in partnership with Butte, Riverside, Siskiyou, and Tulare County Offices of Education (COE), the hub provides governance, professional learning, evaluation, and sustainability planning aligned to California's Comprehensive Literacy State Development priorities.
